The Unhackables Educators offers digital products, downloadable resources, educational content, and selected live services.
Because of the nature of digital access and downloadable material, all purchases are generally treated as final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
By purchasing from this platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product, service, or plan details before completing payment.
Digital products can often be accessed, viewed, downloaded, or delivered immediately. For that reason, they are not handled in the same way as physical products.
This policy protects the integrity of the platform while still allowing genuine technical issues to be reviewed fairly.
Exception policy
A refund may be considered only in rare cases where there is a real access failure that cannot be resolved after support review.

You did not receive the purchased access, material, resource, or booked service in a usable form.
The problem remains unresolved even after our support team has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix it.

Live sessions and consultations
For live strategy sessions or consultation-based services, a booking is treated as confirmed after successful payment.
If rescheduling is needed, you may contact support in advance. Rescheduling may be considered at our discretion depending on timing, preparation requirements, and availability.
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or non-attendance may not be eligible for refund.
